This injection can be used virtually anywhere you have a torn muscle that is painful.
Use caution when injecting over the abdomen or lungs. Bending the needle to a 45 degree angle is highly recommended!

The T-Spine injection works well for thoracic pain that is unrelieved by adjustment or other modalities. Caution should be used as the lungs underlay the ribs.

The Spinal Accessory Motor Branch injection may be indicated if after performing the Brachial Plexus Release, the patient continues to experience some residual discomfort along the accessory motor pathway.
